Located in Aventura's Peninsula Tower, this full-gut renovation allowed Metro to reimagine the residence from the ground up — delivering a modern, refined space with meticulous attention to detail.
The millwork package ran wall to wall: backlit dressing rooms, full-height wardrobes with glass fronts, and built-ins that turn the tower's raw floor plate into a coherent home.
