This 3,000 sq ft project combined two older condos into one seamless, ultra-functional home — featuring full demolition, structural integration, and a complete redesign to achieve a modern, open-concept space rooted in luxury and practicality.
Continuous millwork runs stitch the two former units together: one uninterrupted wall of concealed doors, storage and display that makes the combination read as if it were always one home.
