Quality is a checklist, not a feeling. Metro builds to AWI custom and premium grade as specified, inspects at every gate — drawings, fabrication, finishing, pre-ship, post-install — and stands behind the work after closeout.
What this stage covers
- AWI custom/premium grade execution per spec section
- Gate inspections: drawing, fabrication, finish, pre-ship, post-install
- Documented QC policy (part of our GC prequalification package)
- Tolerance and reveal verification against the drawings
- Closeout packages: warranties, care instructions, attic stock
- Warranty response from a shop 30 minutes from your site

Do you build to AWI premium grade?
Where specified, yes — grade is set per spec section and priced accordingly; our drawings call the grade per elevation so there is no ambiguity.
