In our 5,000 sq ft Hollywood shop, approved drawings become parts: CNC-nested panels cut to the millimeter, solid wood machined and joined at the bench, assemblies dry-fit before anything ships.
What this stage covers
- CNC programming and nesting straight from the shop drawings
- Panel processing: cutting, edgebanding, boring, machining
- Solid wood milling — S4S, profiles, custom knives
- Bench joinery and casework assembly by our own carpenters
- Dry-fit of complex assemblies before finishing
- Hardware machining (hinges, pivots, slides) done in shop, not on site

Questions
What tolerances do you hold?
Panel work to the millimeter; reveals and gaps per AWI custom/premium grade as specified. If the drawing says 3mm, it is 3mm.
